Role Overview
The Manager Taxation at Procon Engineering will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:
- Tax Process Management: Planning, managing, and developing all aspects of the company’s tax process.
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Providing innovative tax planning strategies and overseeing complex income tax returns. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Implementing opportunities for improving the company’s tax procedures.
- Team Leadership: Managing and supporting the tax team members effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparing all tax documents regularly and handling information requests.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates should possess:
- An MBA in Finance, Masters, or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Strong expertise in tax accounting, compliance, and familiarity with various tax returns.
- Independent working capability along with effective team collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience Requirement
