Position: Manager Operations-Retail
Location: Lahore
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As the Manager Operations-Retail, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and success of Beechtree. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive statements, analyses, and reports on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operations and finances.
- Business Alignment: Execute business decisions and policies related to sales in alignment with company objectives across the retail network.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Merchandising, and Legal, to address business issues and opportunities.
- Stock Management: Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Retail store teams for efficient stock movements, including non-stock items, claims, and returns. Provide key decisions on stock transfers based on sales trends.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives to ensure the smooth functioning of retail operations.
- Analytical Reporting: Develop and present analytical reports as per the instructions of Senior Management, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with Project and Renovation departments for new shop renovations and other maintenance works, ensuring timely execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Educational Background: Minimum Graduation.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the Retail/Textile sector.
- Management Skills: Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
