Position: Manager – Cutting
Responsibilities:
As the Manager – Cutting at Artistic Milliners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the cutting department. Key responsibilities include:
- Product Support and Technical Leadership:
- Provide support and technical leadership to cutting supervisors.
- Ensure targets and quality standards are met consistently.
- Production Oversight:
- Update the Production Manager on production status regularly.
- Resolve issues promptly and provide daily concern reports.
- Manpower Organization:
- Efficiently organize manpower for daily production on the sewing floor.
- Maintain staff welfare and discipline within the cutting department.
- Process Oversight:
- Oversee the cutting process from receiving markers to fabric preparation, laying, and cutting.
- Ensure adherence to proper documentation and discipline within the department.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Textiles.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the same capacity.
