Key Responsibilities:

Financial Summary Preparation:
- Develop a comprehensive financial summary of Knits, incorporating both monthly actual and budgeted figures. This involves a meticulous analysis of financial data to provide valuable insights.
Sales Analysis:
- Conduct a detailed customer-wise sales analysis for both local commercial and export business. This aspect of the role involves a strategic understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Stock Analysis:
- Oversee stock analysis, particularly focusing on raw material inventory. Monitor quantitative variations in production and dispatches, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient supply chain management.
Management Accounts Review:
- Compare and review monthly management accounts shared by the Head Office with Mills Data. This involves a critical evaluation to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
ERP Management:
- Finalize and close all production activities in the ERP system. Generate comprehensive reports on stocks and production, with a specific focus on greige fabric stocks.
Timely Financial Data Availability:
- Take charge of ensuring in-time availability of financial data and records for decision-making purposes. This requires a proactive approach to data management and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Production File Review:
- Regularly review the monthly production file of the Knitting unit. This includes scrutinizing raw material consumption files, finish fabric movement, store closing, and expense recording to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Education & Experience Required:

Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Associate Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA).
4-6 years of hands-on experience in Mills Accounts Operations Management.
Sound knowledge of Accounting, Advanced Excel, Reporting, Taxation, and Costing.
