About the Role

Job Title: Senior Manager – Family Planning Program
Location: Karachi
Reporting To: Technical Lead, Family Planning Program

As Senior Manager, you will oversee the implementation of program strategies and manage day-to-day operations to ensure that program goals are met efficiently and effectively. The role involves working closely with provincial and national health departments to maintain program standards and foster impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Family Planning Program initiatives across assigned sites, ensuring adherence to program standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve program goals and objectives.
• Manage daily operations, monitor progress, and troubleshoot challenges to ensure smooth functioning of the program.
• Collaborate with public sector institutions, including provincial and national health departments, to align program efforts with broader healthcare policies.
• Enhance customer experience management to improve service delivery.
• Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the Technical Lead.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience, preferably with public sector institutions such as provincial and national health departments.
• Proven expertise in business administration, operations, and customer experience management.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
