📌 Requirement Analysis & Documentation
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements.
✔ Work on contact center solutions such as IVR, CRM, workforce management, and omnichannel platforms.
✔ Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and API specifications.
📌 Communication & Collaboration
✔ Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and deliverables.
📌 Testing & Validation
✔ Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate contact center solutions.
📌 Emerging Trends & Innovation
✔ Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in contact center operations, including AI-driven solutions, chatbots, and cloud-based contact centers.
📌 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
📌 Experience:
✔ 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in contact center solutions and CRM.
📌 Technical Skills & Requirements:
✔ Experience in API integrations, data analysis, and system architecture.
✔ Knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, or Twilio) is highly desirable.
✔ Understanding of IVR, CRM, workforce management, and omnichannel platforms.
