Bestway Consultancy, a leading HR and business consulting firm in Pakistan, is currently looking to hire a Sr. People Development Coordinator for its Islamabad office. This is an exciting role for HR professionals who are passionate about organizational development, talent building, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in managing learning and development programs, employee training, and performance enhancement initiatives.


🧾 Position Overview

Job Title: Senior People Development Coordinator
Department: Human Resources / People Development
Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Reporting To: Head of HR / Talent Development Manager


🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institute

  • Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities across departments

  • Conduct training need assessments and develop annual training calendars

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives

  • Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and facilitators to ensure quality program delivery

  • Support performance management cycles and competency framework development

  • Manage onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new hires

  • Develop content for leadership development, soft skills, and technical training modules

  • Maintain detailed records of training interventions, attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes

  • Contribute to creating a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and succession planning

  • Organize employee engagement and development events to build morale and retention


🧠 Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

  • Ability to work independently with cross-functional collaboration

  • Creative problem solver with a passion for people development
