📝 Key Responsibilities

As a CR Officer, your main responsibility is to act as the bridge between Toyota Walton Motors and its valued customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. You will be expected to:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and in person.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses and follow-ups.

• Maintain customer records and update feedback logs.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.

• Gender: Female (Presentable and Confident)

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
