Key Responsibilities

As a QA Team Member at Lucky Motor Corporation, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Performing vehicle quality inspections and audits at appropriate frequencies to improve product quality.
✔️ Updating all audit-related documentation, reports, and data to maintain quality compliance records.
✔️ Investigating and confirming corrective measures for recurring defects, ensuring effective feedback and resolution.
✔️ Ensuring general safety and functional defect checks in vehicles before they reach customers.
✔️ Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns and implement improvement strategies.
✔️ Evaluating vehicles both statically and dynamically to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
✔️ Using measuring tools like gauges, meters, and calipers for quality inspection.
✔️ Identifying and eliminating process gaps in manufacturing to enhance efficiency and quality.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Minimum Intermediate / DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering).

✔️ Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in the automotive industry).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes and inspection lines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in vehicle evaluation (both static & dynamic).
• Ability to use measuring tools such as gauges, meters, and calipers.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
