Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Executive at K&N’s, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Implementing food safety and quality control measures at the company’s distribution center.
✔️ Ensuring regulatory compliance with food safety standards and industry best practices.
✔️ Handling customer complaints, conducting visits to identify the root cause, and ensuring effective resolution.
✔️ Conducting training sessions for staff at company-owned outlets on food safety and quality standards.
✔️ Monitoring the cold chain process to maintain product integrity and compliance.
✔️ Collaborating with teams across departments to ensure high-quality standards in food distribution.
✔️ Performing quality audits, documentation, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• BSc (Hons) / MSc (Hons) in Food Science & Technology from a recognized university.

✔️ Experience:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the food industry (preferably in poultry cold chain management).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in cold chain management and quality assurance techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff training.
• Analytical problem-solving skills for complaint handling and quality improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
