Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies for the anti-infectives portfolio, focusing on growth and market share expansion.
Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of anti-infectives products, including market positioning, development, and performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of product strategies.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to make informed strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders to support product success.
Qualification Requisites:
Educational Background:
Pharm-D or a Bachelor’s degree in Science. An MBA in Marketing from a reputable university is highly preferred.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a focus on Anti-Infectives. Experience in Respiratory or Gastroenterology fields is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and product management skills.
Proven ability to manage and market pharmaceutical products effectively.
