As a Field Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in helping FasalPay expand its services across new geographies. Your responsibilities will include:
Farmer Coordination:
Build strong relationships with local farmers and agriculture stakeholders.
Actively engage with farmers to promote FasalPay’s financial products, input services, and support initiatives.
Field Operations Management:
Coordinate the distribution of agricultural inputs and financial services to farmers.
Monitor and ensure smooth execution of field activities, from farmer onboarding to service delivery.
Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect field data, maintain farmer records, and ensure accurate reporting to management.
Track farmer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
Community Development:
Promote FasalPay’s presence in the community by organizing farmer meetings, training sessions, and field demonstrations.
Problem-Solving:
Address operational issues and provide real-time solutions for farmers and field partners.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Agri-graduates preferred) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 4 years of experience in roles involving:
Coordination with farmers
Agricultural sales, input management, or field operations
Collaboration with rural stakeholders or agribusinesses
Good understanding of local agricultural practices and farmer needs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities.
Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Familiarity with basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile apps, etc.).
