Position: Management Trainee Officer – Sales

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales, you’ll be at the heart of brand Pepsi’s growth strategy. You’ll gain hands-on experience working in key regions and play an active role in driving volume growth, market visibility, and customer satisfaction.
As an MTO – Sales, your main duties will include:
Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales tactics to expand product visibility, drive market share, and grow overall volume.
Order Booker Supervision: Lead and support order bookers in achieving their targets and enhancing customer engagement.
In-Store Execution: Identify branding and marketing opportunities within outlets; execute effective in-store branding strategies to attract customers.
Inventory Management: Monitor distributor stock levels for each SKU, ensuring alignment with the company’s Stock Cover Days policy.
Outlet Engagement: Guide order bookers to maintain adequate stock availability and ensure proper product display in shelves, racks, and coolers.
Market Visits: Conduct routine field visits to evaluate team performance and scout for market development or outlet conversion opportunities.
Competitor Tracking: Stay up to date with evolving market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales data, documentation, and reports to support business decisions.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Education: BBA or MBA (or an equivalent business degree)
Experience: 0–1 year of relevant work experience in FMCG (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
