✅ Position: Procurement Officer

✅ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management
✅ Experience: 2 to 6 years in procurement (Experience with SAP & SAP Ariba preferred)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Purchase Order Management: Create and process purchase orders (POs) efficiently using SAP HANA & SAP Ariba.
🔹 Supplier Evaluation & Market Research: Identify potential suppliers for technical items through market research and evaluation.
🔹 Timely Order Processing: Ensure smooth procurement operations by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to meet deadlines.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with departments like Finance, Operations, and Inventory Management.
🔹 Procurement Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, reduce risks, and streamline supply chain operations.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

✔ Procurement Expertise – Strong knowledge of purchasing, supplier selection, and negotiations.
✔ SAP HANA & SAP Ariba Proficiency – Experience in handling materials management & procurement systems.
✔ Supply Chain & Vendor Management – Ability to manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
