🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.

  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) by ensuring:
    • Objective setting.
    • Continuous feedback processes.
    • Regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Ensure a fair, transparent, and merit-based evaluation system.

Career Progression & Talent Management:

  • Develop career growth programs to help employees achieve long-term professional success.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and implement strategies for employee retention and development.

Aligning HR Strategies with Business Goals:

  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the organization’s objectives.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification:

  • MBA in Human Resources (HR) is required.

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant HRBP role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong expertise in HR business partnership, talent management, and employee engagement.

📝 Required Skills:
Strategic HR planning and execution.
