🔹 Job Purpose

The Head of HR will be responsible for executing HR strategies and managing core HR functions. This includes, but is not limited to:
🔹 Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
🔹 Employment Relations & Workforce Administration
🔹 Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies
🔹 Payroll and Compensation Management
🔹 HR Budgeting and Cost Control

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

📌 Education:
✔ Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR).
✔ Additional HR certifications would be preferred.

📌 Experience:
✔ 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
✔ Proven expertise in leading HR teams and executing HR strategies.

📌 Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, laws, and procedures.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ERP software.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
