As an HR Officer at Daewoo Express, your primary responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Support: Handle full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Attendance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to SOPs related to employee attendance.
Conflict Resolution: Support disciplinary actions and manage employee grievances as per the company’s policies.
HR Records & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accuracy in the HRMS.
Policy Implementation: Assist in rolling out HR policies across departments to maintain consistent practices.

Education: BBA or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
