Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Revenue Assurance

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Officer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational functions at Packages Mall. Key duties include:

• Receivables Management: Actively follow up with tenants to ensure timely recovery of receivables.
• ERP Lease Management: Oversee and manage tenant leases within the organization’s ERP system (Oracle).
• Ledger Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of ledgers with tenants to maintain accurate financial records.
• Invoice Management: Assist in the monthly invoicing cycle and ensure invoices are precise and delivered on time.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Education: ACCA, BBA, or B.Com degree.
• Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience in finance or related fields.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong teamwork abilities, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
