Job Description

• Transaction Processing:
  • Manage foreign currency exchange transactions at booths or branches.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently, minimizing customer wait times.
• Currency Verification:
  • Verify the authenticity of foreign currencies during transactions.
  • Identify and reject counterfeit bills to maintain transaction integrity.
• Customer Service:
  • Assist customers with accurate and prompt service, ensuring a smooth exchange process.
• Operational Duties:
  • Maintain transaction records and comply with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in all dealings.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Graduate degree from a recognized institute.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in foreign currency dealing.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of foreign currency exchange processes.
• Ability to identify counterfeit currency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
