Key Responsibilities

📌 Risk Assessment & Internal Controls
✔ Identifying structural strengths, weaknesses, and skill gaps within the audit function.
✔ Reviewing and updating the Risk-Based Audit Universe for comprehensive risk coverage.
✔ Establishing an effective risk identification and assessment system for EVTL/ELENGY.

📌 Corporate Governance & Compliance
✔ Enhancing corporate governance by adopting and promoting ethical business practices.
✔ Ensuring policy compliance and promoting awareness programs for risk control.

📌 Audit Planning & Execution
✔ Developing and executing the audit plan for EVTL/ELENGY, EEAP, and ECORP.
✔ Monitoring and controlling fixed costs through budget reviews and departmental audits.
✔ Strengthening internal controls and promoting control awareness among employees.

📌 Reporting & Analysis
✔ Reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing constructive feedback.
✔ Tracking open observations and presenting audit findings to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) and Board of Directors (BOD).

Eligibility Criteria

📌 Education:
✔ Fellow Member of CA/ACCA

📌 Experience:
✔ Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in audit, risk management, and compliance.

📌 Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong knowledge of corporate governance and financial risk management.
✔ Experience in internal controls, compliance policies, and audit execution.
✔ Ability to review SOPs, develop audit strategies, and mitigate business risks.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
