As a Service Officer based in Karachi, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting Atlas Battery’s network of dealers and technicians. You will be responsible for providing timely after-sales services, handling customer complaints, and educating dealers and auto technicians on product features and maintenance.
Deliver after-sales services and related activities efficiently
Manage customer complaints professionally and implement effective corrective actions
Ensure the timely settlement of warranty claims and service requests
Conduct product awareness and technical training sessions for dealers and auto technicians
Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and service partners
Support continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2-3 years of relevant experience in automotive or battery service
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to clearly explain technical issues to both customers and technicians
Proficient in computer use for reporting and communication purposes
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
