Qarshi Industries (PVT.) Ltd., a leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive / Assistant Manager Quality Assurance to join their Hattar facility. Job Title: Executive / Assistant Manager Quality Assurance (Certification Compliance)

Location: Hattar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System (QMS) Development: Assist in the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the QMS to maintain the highest quality standards across all operations.

  • ISO and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC (Food Safety), HALAL standards, and other relevant certifications.

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and records as per certification needs and regulatory compliance.

  • Internal Audits & Non-Conformance: Coordinate internal audits, report non-conformances, and manage corrective and preventive actions to address any discrepancies.

  • External Audits Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies to ensure smooth and successful audit processes.

  • Training & Staff Awareness: Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of quality.

  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track and report on quality performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actions to enhance quality standards.

  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality best practices across departments.

  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain records and documentation in line with audit requirements and regulatory standards.


Education & Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, with hands-on knowledge of ISO certifications, food safety compliance, and other regulatory standards.

  • Certifications: Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001, Food Safety (FSSC), and HALAL standards.

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/QMS software tools, strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
