✅ Education:
Minimum BBA, BSc, or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution
✅ Experience:
1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the agriculture or fertilizer sector
As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be the face of Engro Fertilizers in the region and play a pivotal role in driving agricultural success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
🔹 Driving Sales:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Promote Engro’s fertilizer products and solutions among farmers and dealers
🔹 Market Development:
Build and maintain relationships with local dealer networks
Conduct farmer meetings, field demos, and educational sessions to build product awareness
🔹 Data & Insights:
Collect market data on competitor activities, pricing trends, and farmer needs
Provide valuable insights to improve product positioning and marketing strategy
🔹 Strategic Execution:
Implement territory-level sales and marketing plans
Ensure timely product availability through effective coordination with supply chain and dealers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in rural and field environments
Passion for agriculture and community engagement
Knowledge of local languages (Sindhi) will be a plus
Good understanding of crop cycles, fertilizers, and farmer behavior
