Key Responsibilities

As a Creative Fashion Designer at Nishat, you will:

✔️ Create and style fashion collections with a focus on cut-lines and silhouettes, ensuring alignment with the brand’s seasonal themes and identity.
✔️ Develop and implement innovative cut-lines for garments, collaborating with technical teams to maintain accuracy in construction and fit.
✔️ Conduct trend analysis and market research to stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and design innovations for collection development.
✔️ Work closely with pattern makers, production teams, and other designers to ensure smooth execution of designs from concept to final product.
✔️ Ensure brand consistency by maintaining a strong visual identity and appeal that resonates with the target audience.
✔️ Participate in design meetings, mood board creation, and styling sessions to enhance the overall brand aesthetic.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design.

✔️ Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and styling.
• Knowledge of market trends, fabrics, and textile properties.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail in design execution.
