🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the automobile industry

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at MG Motors, you will play a critical role in guiding strategic decisions and optimizing business performance across supply chain and commercial functions. Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Documentation

  • Develop business proposals, strategy documents, presentations, and roadmaps for internal reviews and external stakeholders.

• Data-Driven Decision Support

  • Analyze market trends, SROs, budgets, and financial reports to support key decisions.

• Performance Monitoring

  • Track commercial KPIs and generate periodic review reports for Board of Directors and senior leadership.

• Market Research & Brand Analysis

  • Conduct market surveys, assess dealership performance, and evaluate brand perception for competitive positioning.

🧠 Skills & Tools

• Strong command of data analysis, economic evaluation, and strategy building

• Hands-on expertise in:

  • Microsoft Power BI

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

• Familiarity with business modeling, forecasting tools, and visualization techniques
