Role Overview

This role involves fine-tuning AI and generative AI (GenAI) model outputs, maintaining a robust knowledge base, and collaborating with internal experts to ensure Meezan Bank’s conversational channels are accurate and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Refinement
  • Fine-tune responses generated by AI/GenAI models to ensure they meet Meezan Bank’s accuracy and contextual relevance standards.
  • Align AI outputs with the bank’s operational and communication guidelines.
• Knowledge Base Management
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various bank functions to validate and enrich the knowledge base used by AI systems.
  • Train SMEs to actively contribute to the AI knowledge base and support its continuous improvement.
• Feedback Integration
  • Establish a continuous feedback loop to enhance AI model performance and outputs based on real-world usage and SME insights.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in AI model training, data analysis, or related domains.
