Key Responsibilities

As an Area Engineer – Equipment, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Reviewing and analyzing daily log sheets and SEIC reports to identify potential issues and recommend necessary corrective actions.
✔️ Providing technical assistance to engineers for the safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
✔️ Ensuring that all maintenance jobs adhere to safety standards and engineering best practices.
✔️ Reviewing equipment records to suggest modifications, material changes, and new work techniques to reduce repetitive repairs and enhance equipment reliability.
✔️ Monitoring static equipment performance and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in equipment operations.
✔️ Conducting failure analysis to develop preventive measures and minimize downtime.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

✔️ Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in static equipment maintenance (preferably in the fertilizer, chemical, or energy industry).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:
