About the Role

The Advertising Executive will be a key part of the advertising team, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and designers to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. This role demands creativity, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality promotional materials on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations to align on campaign objectives.
• Material Production: Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, and DVDs.
• Content Writing: Write and proofread text for various promotional materials.
• Vendor Coordination: Follow up with designers and printers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Promotional Distribution: Oversee the distribution of promotional materials according to schedule.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) advertising campaigns.
• Advertising Placement: Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in press, radio, and specialist publications.
• Event Organization: Represent the company at conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Evaluate marketing campaigns and submit performance analytics to the Advertising Manager.
• Miscellaneous: Perform any other advertising-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: BBA or MBA in Marketing.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in advertising or marketing.
• Skills:
  • Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
  • Effective coordination and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in managing promotional material production.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
