Position: ICTO Networks

Location: Rawalpindi

Position Criteria:

Education: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Certification: Valid Network Certification (CCNA / JNCIA / HCNA).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant field.

Network Architecture and Design
Excellent working experience on L1, L2 & L3
Network Troubleshooting
Network Monitoring and Management
Load Balancing
Collaboration and Communication
Problem Solving

Job Expectations:

As an ICTO Networks professional at NLC, you will be responsible for:

Routing and Switching
Network Security
Network Protocols
Wireless Networking
Quality of Service (QoS)
Network Documentation
Being a Team Player

Responsibilities:

Provide network support at HQ NLC Tower and Data Center building.
Installation & Configuration of network devices in HQ NLC.
Configure new devices for installation at remote sites.
Configure security policies on Firewalls to protect against threats.
Maintain backups of devices.
Provide technical assistance & configure remote devices for ICT Reps at remote sites.
Supervise and assist in Cabling, dressing & tagging of NW Cables in Data Centre and ICT Rooms.
Maintain IP address allocations and provide new IPs to users and servers.
Provide connectivity to new servers in the Data Centre.
Replace and configure faulty or malfunctioning devices.
IP assignment, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with the network at the physical layer.
Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.
