Position: Employee Relations Officer (Female)

Responsibilities:

Ensure widespread awareness of company policies and procedures among the workforce.
Conduct induction training for new employees and organize monthly awareness sessions.
Actively participate in workers’ well-being programs, including training sessions and recreational activities.
Negotiate and resolve employee disputes through effective communication and counseling.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in employee relations.
