Role Description:

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Master Group, your responsibilities will span a wide range of activities, all geared towards ensuring customers have a positive and seamless interaction with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tracking Customer Experiences: Monitor and track customer experiences across various channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  2. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with IT, production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and elevate brand awareness.
  3. Customer Retention: Drive customer retention strategies, reduce churn, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Alignment with Marketing: Align customer experience strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives for a cohesive brand approach.
  5. Proactive Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs proactively and take necessary steps to maintain positive experiences.
  6. Prompt Customer Response: Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner through various communication channels like phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
  7. Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, prepare reports, and facilitate improvements.
  8. Product Testing: Conduct product tests, evaluate after-sales and support services, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
  9. Documentation: Document processes, log technical issues, and maintain records of customer compliments and complaints.
  10. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and new CRM technologies to ensure our customer experience strategies remain innovative.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer experience management.
  • Qualification: Marketing Graduate / Business Management.

The position is based in the vibrant area of Gulberg, Lahore, offering a central and accessible work environment.
