Job Description:
As an Associate Manager Maintenance, you will be responsible for a range of activities to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Execution of maintenance tasks based on work orders, handling breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
- Ensuring accurate job completion status in the SAP system, aligning with work orders, and maintaining shift records.
- Providing training to executives to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implementation and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold product quality and safety.
- Managing risk assessment, identification, and the development of practices and procedures related to food quality and safety across multi-location operations.
Qualifications:
- B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance roles.
