Job Description:

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the team to implement strategies effectively.
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Target Achievement:
- Ensure the team achieves assigned volume and value targets.
- Identify opportunities and potential customers to bridge gaps.
- Distributor Management:
- Monitor and evaluate the distributor’s Return on Investment (ROI) monthly.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels at distributors for seamless operations.
- Productivity Optimization:
- Drive productivity and motivation for the team through regular interaction.
- Set operating procedures for smooth functioning.
- Distribution Management:
- Lead the team to enhance retail and wholesale distribution.

Qualification:
Graduate from an accredited university
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
