Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Executive at Master Group, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Managing the movement of finished goods, ensuring timely inward and outward inventory flow.
✔️ Preparing and managing gate passes for inventory movement.
✔️ Ensuring proper documentation for all inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
✔️ Seeking necessary approvals from the admin and security departments for inventory movements.
✔️ Coordinating with showroom managers to understand inventory requirements.
✔️ Planning and organizing timely dispatch of goods to multiple showrooms.
✔️ Collaborating with logistics and transport teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
✔️ Maintaining detailed records of all inventory transactions.
✔️ Identifying areas for process optimization and suggesting best practices to improve warehouse efficiency.
✔️ Preparing periodic inventory reports for management review.
✔️ Conducting periodic stock audits and reconciling physical inventory with system records.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• BS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

✔️ Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and logistics coordination.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and documentation handling.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
