Key Responsibilities

As a Counselor – Terminal Customer Services, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Assisting passengers at the airport terminal, guiding them through check-in, boarding, and other services.
✔️ Providing accurate information about flights, schedules, policies, and baggage procedures.
✔️ Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Eligibility Criteria
