Job Title: Account Executive

Location: 19 Dockyards Rd, West Wharf, Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for a range of critical financial and operational tasks, including:
- Managing Letters of Credit (LC):
- Establish and manage LCs and contract registrations.
- Facilitate import processes through LCs and contracts in collaboration with banks.
- Banking Operations:
- Handle documentation for outgoing and incoming foreign remittances.
- Oversee banking facilities and coordinate all bank-related tasks.
- Negotiate with banks for the release or retirement of non-negotiable original documents.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Collect debit/credit advices and tax challans from banks for reconciliation and record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding LCs and contracts.
- Compile stock reports for banking purposes.
- Support Functions:
- Assist the sales division by facilitating banking processes for imports.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- BBA (Preference for ACCA/ICMA part-qualified or qualified candidates).
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
