Location: Lahore – Packages Mall

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities:

As a Technician at Packages Mall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and fire suppression systems. Your key responsibilities include:

Safety Measures: Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all job activities.
Supervision and Inspection: Oversee and inspect mechanical equipment and jobs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Preventive Cumulative Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of mechanical systems.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of daily consumable items and system startups and closures.
Temperature and Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain the temperature and cleanliness of all mechanical rooms.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve complaints related to site and tenants promptly.
HVAC and Fire Suppression System Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance of HVAC and fire suppression systems.
SNG System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the SNG system.
General Mechanical Works: Handle general mechanical works efficiently.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

DAE Mechanical: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Mechanical.
Good Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
