As a Technical Analyst at Style Textile, you will be at the forefront of addressing and resolving quality-related issues in fabric production. This role involves driving root-cause analyses, leading new initiatives based on findings, and evaluating performance issues on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a Technical Analyst will include:

Conducting root-cause analyses for quality-related issues in fabric production.
Designing and leading new initiatives derived from root-cause analyses or identified on the production floor (e.g., new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) design, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrades, conducting trials, and coordinating with other support functions).
Evaluating and analyzing performance issues on the production floor, including efficiency bottlenecks and dyeing issues.

Ideal Profile:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemical sciences from a recognized university.
1-2 years of work experience in R&D functions, core processes, or operations (preferable).
Prior experience in a similar role or project management.
