Job Overview:
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of the Supply Chain (International) division. Your role will involve leading recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, identifying training needs, and overseeing day-to-day HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Supply Chain (International) division’s goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts and oversee the selection process for international roles.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and data management.
- Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs within the Supply Chain industry.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Supply Chain (International).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
