Key Responsibilities & Duties:

As a Senior Manager Sustainability at Crescent Bahuman, you will be at the forefront of leading and implementing sustainability, EHS, and compliance goals. Your key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership: Take charge of planning and executing strategies to achieve sustainability, EHS, and compliance objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with customers’ sustainability teams, regulatory bodies, and external auditors to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Worker Management Council: Facilitate the effective functioning of the Worker Management Council, fostering a culture of communication and collaboration.
Incident Management: Manage the investigation, reporting, and improvement plans for injuries and fire accidents, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Training Initiatives: Oversee training programs on environmentally friendly practices, health, safety, and social compliance.
Audit Execution: Ensure the execution of external audits for customer certifications, social and technical processes, and recertification activities.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Educational Background: Hold a BSc in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, providing you with the technical foundation required for the position.

Work Experience:

Accumulate 8 to 10 years of valuable experience in a manufacturing unit, showcasing your expertise in sustainability and compliance.

Skills:

Demonstrate proficiency in Sustainability, EHS, and Compliance standards, and showcase your ability to lead Lean Projects.
Possess knowledge and experience in Water Stewardship, GHG Accounting, Target Setting, and GRI Reporting.
