Job Title: Senior Executive IRD (Innovation, Research & Development)

Job Description: As a Senior Executive IRD at Hilal Foods, you will be at the forefront of innovation, conducting pre-launch trials for both new and existing products and processes. Key responsibilities include performing detailed physical and chemical analyses on ingredients and food products. You will also play a pivotal role in developing specifications for products, processes, and packaging. Your expertise will be crucial in studying methods to enhance the quality of foods, covering aspects like flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, and overall composition.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-launch trials for new and existing products.
Perform physical and chemical analysis on ingredients and food products.
Develop specifications for food products, processes, and packaging.
Improve the quality of foods through various methods.
Utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective communication.
Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and food regulatory guidelines.
Conduct sensory and analytical testing.
Work independently and demonstrate a high level of motivation.
Preference given to candidates with baking industry experience.

Qualification:

Graduation in Food Science & Technology.

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
