Market Scan: Conduct a thorough scan of outlets, ensuring proper sectional build-up in the defined belt/territory.
Stock Management: Guarantee the consumption of stock before expiration, maintaining a proactive approach to stock management.
Trade and Brand Plan Implementation: Implement trade and brand plans in the assigned market, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Claims Management: Timely raise distributors’ claims, fostering a collaborative and efficient working relationship.
