Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer – Central Planning, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient stock monitoring and reconciliation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Stock Monitoring: Oversee stock levels and reconcile with blend and portal-wise data to maintain accuracy.
- Document Filing: Manage the filing of essential certificates such as CU, BCP, CMIA Fair Trace, and others.
- Alert System: Create and maintain an alert system for stakeholders and marketing to ensure timely actions.
- Verification Processes: Verify inputs TCs against GRNs (Goods Received Notes) for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: BBA/M.COM
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year
Skills/Knowledge:
- Number Cruncher: Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
