Requirements:

• Bachelors/Intermediate degree.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a retail fashion brand.

Job Role Overview:

As a Merchandiser at ZELLBURY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our Women Pret category. Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:

1. Liaising with the Design Department: Collaborate closely with the design team to understand the creative vision and translate it into feasible production plans.
2. Coordinating with Production, Sourcing, and Design Departments: Work in tandem with various departments to obtain necessary approvals. Generate detailed tech packs to guide the production process effectively.
3. Developing Pre-Production Samples: Oversee the development of pre-production samples, ensuring they align with the approved designs and quality standards.
4. Managing Costing & Product Development: Take charge of the costing process and contribute to the overall product development strategy, balancing quality and affordability.
5. Ensuring Quality Standards: Monitor and uphold the quality of fabric, printing, embroidery, and finished garments. Guarantee that all products meet the established standards.
