The Role of a Marketing Associate: Your Path to Impact

As a Marketing Associate at Packages Mall, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives, event coordination, and vendor management. Here’s what you can expect:

Key Accountabilities:

Monitoring Marketing Operations: You’ll oversee the day-to-day marketing operations and execution of strategic plans.
App and Website Management: Take charge of supervising the mall’s app and website development and maintenance, ensuring they provide an exceptional experience for our visitors.
Collaboration with Tenants: Work closely with mall tenants to create and launch joint promotional events that elevate the shopping experience.
Vendor Management: You’ll engage in vendor management for both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities during events.
Social Media and PR: Contribute to the mall’s online presence by assisting in managing social media and public relations efforts.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of mall events.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or BBA will be your foundation for success.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you thrive in this role.
Organization: Good organizational skills are vital to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
Experience: While this is an entry-level position, up to 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
