Position Overview: Manager Textiles Maintenance
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
As the Manager Textiles Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all company-owned equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preventative Maintenance Program: Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all equipment, overseeing routine and annual inspections.
- Work Order Management: Efficiently manage work order requests, provide time estimates, and ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Communication: Communicate with employees to keep them informed about the status of their equipment. Assist in the timely repair of equipment breakdowns, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and ordering records to support efficient maintenance operations.
- Manual Development: Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance manual, ensuring guidelines are up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: BSC in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a Textile Denim manufacturing unit.
