Job Responsibilities:

As the Manager Operations – Retail, you will be at the forefront of Beechtree’s success, handling a range of responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Business Decision Support: Support in executing all business decisions and policies related to sales, aligning them with company objectives across the retail network.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Merchandising, Legal, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
• Stock Management: Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistic, and Retail store teams regarding stock movements, claims, and returns. Prepare stock analysis reports to make key decisions based on sales trends.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives for the retail team.
• Analytical Reporting: Develop and present different analytical reports as per instructions by Senior Management.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with Project and Renovation departments for new shop renovations and other maintenance works to ensure timelines align with defined company plans.

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation

Experience:

• 3-4 Years of Experience, preferably in the Retail/Textile sector
