Position: Manager – Infrastructure Systems
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Proven experience in VMWare, Linux, SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Experience in SQL Database and SAP HANA database administration.
Responsibilities:
- Management and Administration of All SAP Systems and SQL databases.
- Ensure availability of all SAP and SQL servers & storages with optimum performance & capacity.
- Backup/Recovery of all systems, Security Management, Vendor Management, SLAs, etc.
- Monitoring work plans for projects, e.g., upgrades, new implementations, identifying resource requirements, and monitoring project work against standards.
- Project Delivery: Measure successful completion of integration projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- System Stability and Uptime: Monitor availability and uptime of SAP systems to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Issue Resolution Time: Measure the time taken to identify and resolve integration issues and incidents, aiming for a quick turnaround to minimize business impact.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a secure SAP environment by adhering to security best practices.
