Key Requirements: As the Manager of HR & Diversity, we expect you to bring:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of HR management experience, preferably in the textile industry, and a strong background in diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that reflect our unwavering commitment to diversity.
- Diversity Initiatives: Lead diversity initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and advancing a diverse workforce.
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads and management to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes to promote diversity and equal opportunity.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace environment for all.
- Compliance: Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations and ensure company-wide compliance.
