4-6 years of experience in localization, with a specific focus on packaging.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Localization at LMC, your primary responsibilities will include:

Technical Support and Leadership: Providing technical inputs and leading local development efforts in Packaging Material, Data Cable, Mobile Chargers, and other SKD components.
Vendor Coordination and Registration: Coordinating with LMC’s Supply Chain Local Procurement team for vendor registration, NDA agreement proceedings, and facility visits for vendor evaluation.
Project Management: Leading the localization of multiple components, models, and SKUs simultaneously, maintaining a fast pace to meet set timelines.
Procurement and Supply Chain Liaison: Managing Purchase Requisitions in SAP for SKD part and component development, and liaising with procurement for PO issuance to vendors.
Vendor Follow-Up: Ensuring timely development and delivery of samples and regular bulk supplies from vendors, in line with set timelines.
Quotation Arrangement: Coordinating with the Supply Chain Local Procurement team for the arrangement of multiple components quotations from suppliers.
